　　1. Connect the embossing equipment to the three-phase power main switch first, and then turn on the power switch on the machine side control box. If there is a high cycle switch, do not turn it on temporarily, and then turn on the electric heating power switch. At this point, the vacuum tube and hot mold begin to preheat.

　　2. Install insulation on the lower mold auxiliary, install the upper mold on the upper mold terminal, press the trial mold switch, and start debugging the joint position of the upper and lower molds. If the lower mold does not fit well, move the lower mold. If the levels are not consistent, adjust the four pillars of the upper mold.

　　3. After the adjustment of the high cycle plastic welding machine, adjust the three time controllers (if it is a pedal machine, only the high cycle welding time). The falling time is the upper mold compression time, and the welding time is the output time, cooling time, and curing time. The above three times should be used flexibly without fixed values.

　　If adjusting the model for the first time, it is necessary to adjust the spacing of the homology adjustment to be wide.

　　5. When the above operation takes more than 10-15 minutes and the temperature reaches the required level, turn on the high cycle switch and start the operation test
