When the flower wheel is pressed down and comes into contact with the working surface of the amplitude converter, the fabric located between the pressure wheel and the amplitude converter is cut and melted under the mechanical and thermal effects of ultrasonic waves. The fabric is driven by the pressure wheel to slide off the worktable, achieving the function of cutting and printing from time to time.

　　The main work of the pneumatic part of the ultrasonic embossing machine is to complete pressure work such as pressurization and holding during the processing. Program control ensures local control of the entire machine's workflow, and then achieves synchronous processing effects.

　　Precautions for ultrasonic embossing machine:

　　1. Prevent dusty, corrosive, high-temperature, or humid working environments.

　　2. The power three pin plug, phase line C, zero line N, and ground wire G must be firmly grounded during use.

　　3. The voltage of this machine is AC220V (± 10%), 50-60Hz. Voltage fluctuations beyond this range may burn out the motor or cause a decrease in motor speed and torque. If the voltage fluctuates greatly, it is advisable to install a voltage regulator.

　　4. Test whether the pointer of the amplitude meter is below 50 for ultrasonic testing.

　　5. The efficiency of equipment is closely related to the proficiency of operators.
