　　Thirdly, it is related to the material of the packaging tape. Perhaps your batch of packaging tape raw materials contains a lot of additives. The main component of the packaging tape currently used in the market is polypropylene, commonly known as pp. A better packaging tape should have a PP content of over 95%. Other components are relatively complex, such as mixing inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, talc powder, wollastonite, glass fiber, etc. If there are many ingredients, the hot melt viscosity is poor. We suggest that you ask the supplier to provide the matching parameters.

　　Fourth: Place the packaging tape on the hot iron head to see if it will melt, check if the hot iron head can be inserted, and how long the machine has been in use.
